The purpose of the Gurock Software GmbH (the “Company”) Data Storage Limit Policy (the “Policy”) is to define data storage limits, monitoring practices and billing implications for all TestRail Cloud instances. The Policy ensures that the Company can provide a consistent and transparent experience for all customers.

1. What is Included Storage?
As of the Effective Date, TestRail Cloud subscriptions include the following storage limits:

• TestRail Professional Cloud: 50GB
• TestRail Enterprise Cloud: 500GB

2. How is Storage Usage Calculated?
Storage usage for each instance is the combined total of:

• The file size of all attachments uploaded to the TestRail instance; and
• The total size of the associated database.

Administrators can view usage data under Administration > Overview within TestRail.

3. What Happens When I’m Near My Limit?
Your administrator will receive an email notification when your storage usage approaches the included limit.

4. What Happens When I Exceed My Limit?
If your TestRail Cloud instance exceeds the included storage limit:

• You will receive an email notification; and
• You will be automatically billed for additional storage usage at a rate of $0.15 per GB of excess storage on your next billing statement.

Note: The Company reserves the right to adjust data storage pricing as needed based on availability.

5. Can I Avoid Overage Charges?
Yes. You can reduce your storage usage by deleting data to remain within the included storage limit. You can also upgrade to the Enterprise plan to access higher included storage. Contact your account representative for upgrade assistance.

6. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify or discontinue all or any portion of this Policy from time to time. Continued use of TestRail Cloud following any posted changes to this Policy constitutes acceptance of any such amendments or modifications.
