Randy Jacops
President
Randy Jacops brings over 20 years of operational expertise in enterprise technology to his role as President of Sembi and CEO of Idera, Inc. Previously, he founded an executive consulting firm advising venture capital and private equity firms and served as President and CEO of Versata Enterprises, where he led over a dozen acquisitions and drove significant growth. Earlier, Randy was a partner at Deloitte Consulting and held finance roles at Ford Motor Company.
Trey Chambers
Chief Financial Officer
With more than 20 years in financial management, Trey Chambers oversees Sembi’s financial strategy and operations. His experience spans CFO roles at CompassLearning and Reddwerks Corporation, as well as key finance and audit positions at Freescale Semiconductor and Metrowerks. Trey is a CPA with a dual degree in BBA Accounting and Plan II Liberal Arts Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mark Haney
Chief Technology Officer
With more than 25 years in B2B technology leadership, Mark Haney serves as CTO at Sembi, where he drives innovation through agile methodologies and cloud-first strategies. His past technology and operations leadership roles at Intelerad, Alkami, and ExamSoft helped transform operations and accelerate growth. A hands-on technologist based in Dallas, Texas, Mark is committed to building scalable systems that support long-term success.
Amanda Sundara
General Manager, TestRail and Ranorex
Amanda brings 24 years of experience in enterprise technology, product development, and go-to-market strategy. As the General Manager of TestRail and Ranorex, she oversees the operations and strategy for these brands. She co-founded Office Gemini, Inc., where she helped build the global ECM leader Dokmee. Previously, she served as Sr. Production Manager for the largest U.S. document scanning and imaging chain. Amanda holds a BA in General Business and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Houston.
João Valença
General Manager, Xray and Xporter
As the General Manager of Xray and Xporter, João oversees the business strategy and operations, focusing on product quality and customer satisfaction. With experience at Idera, Inc. and Farfetch, he brings expertise in navigating technology growth cycles. João fosters collaboration and innovation, using data-driven strategies to drive business growth. He holds a BA in Business Administration, a postgraduate diploma in Management Control, and is a graduate of the London Business School Executive Program.
Joshua Lindstrom
General Manager, PreEmptive and Kiuwan
As the General Manager of Sembi's DevSecOps brands Kiuwan and PreEmptive, Joshua brings over 15 years of sales management experience in technology. Previously, he served as VP of Sales for Kiuwan, PreEmptive, and Ranorex, driving growth and innovation. Before Sembi, Joshua held leadership roles at PreEmptive and SaaS provider Asurint. He holds a BA in Interactive Communication from The Ohio State University and resides in Cleveland, Ohio.
Judy Bossi
Vice President, Product Management
Judy Bossi comes from a background in software testing tools, previously leading product management and product marketing teams at Functionize, Tricentis, and QASymphony. She is passionate about helping testing, security, and product teams find new ways to optimize their practice and build better software. She started her career in consulting after graduating from Vanderbilt University with a degree in human & organizational development and a minor in corporate strategy. Judy lives in Atlanta, Georgia and enjoys traveling, running, and eating good food.
Jon Nunez
Vice President, Operations
Jon Nunez brings extensive experience in technology industry management and corporate development to Sembi. As Vice President of Operations, Jon oversees Engineering, DevOps, Technical Support, IT, Business Analytics, and Compliance across Sembi’s suite of software testing, quality assurance, and security tools. Prior to Sembi, Jon held leadership roles in operations and corporate development at Idera, Inc. and began his career as an attorney specializing in M&A and corporate transactions. Jon holds both a BSBA in Finance and a JD from the University of Florida.
